Tuesday Night Zoom, Feb 2, 8pm: Good Reads, Part 2

How is it Monday already? It must be, because tomorrow’s Tuesday, and that means another Currentseams Tuesday Night Zoom. By popular demand, I’ll be discussing more books that had a major impact on my fly fishing. Shake off the the snowy winter blues, join in the fun, and perhaps find a hidden gem of a good read.

Why don’t you share with us what book or books you are going to come in upon Tuesday night? That way those of us that have a library or a local library that we could borrow the book from Chris and have a chance to look them over before you can start discussing them or we can re-read certain parts that we remember that we liked before you discussed them on Tuesday night.

I appreciate the suggestion, Jim. The problem is that I haven’t yet built the presentation so right now there’s no formal list. Plus, it would take away from the discovery-in-real-time factor. Sorry. Hope to still see you tomorrow night!

I’m tying up some of your Maguc Flies. I’m watching your video and you use some really sticky looking wax. What is it? Thanks,Greg

      Hi Greg,

Sorry for the delayed response. It’s Loon Swax High Tack Wax. That’s all I use for wax. Very, very, very sticky stuff. It’s the only wax I’ve found that works with difficult materials like Angora goat or snowshoe rabbit.
