Hi, Don. Thanks for your enthusiasm! I have no pre-order apparatus in place — this book thing is new to me, and I’m not sure how best to go about making sure people can reserve a copy, if at all. I don’t know if I will take orders off this site, somewhere else, or not at all. My guess is that some of this will get figured out after the new year. And of course, I’ll keep everyone up-to-date on this website!
