I particularly like “Ray’s Fly” and “The Assassin” but I’m not a fish. If I reincarnate and come back as a striper, I will eat those two.
The “Assassin” was the original name of the Mickey Finn. I just took the color pattern and inserted it into the Ray’s Fly format. 🙂
Love these flies! Curious about a source of Jungle cock. I am down to my last few nails in SW sizes. I know ebay is there but if there is a shop that has them I’d prefer to support it.
I don’t know where you live, Bob, but I see JC nails everywhere. My home fly shop, UpCountry Sportfishing in New Hartford, often has them.
